GDPR: export and deletion

Data is stored in the EU, isolated per organization at the database level, and every agent action is logged in a consultable activity log.

You can request a full export of your data (corpus, leads, conversations) or its deletion at any time: the request is handled within the timeframes set by the GDPR.
